Hole is one letter off from Home

Well, they were supposed to have a hole dug today and hopes were high. By morning, we had seen dirt moved around on the lot. Today though, sadly, we head that the front end loader they were going to use stopped working?

Neighborly interference perhaps?

Well, the thought did cross our minds and people are nuts, but we don't think that's it. It's just our crap-ass luck.

Leave Us Alone

People are a pain...

The original developer of the neighborhood went up to our lot and reperked it. There is no other place for the septic to go. The lot will not perk anywhere else. We do not want a shit mound in our front yard. These neighbors are idiots. We are the first house on the cul-de-sac. We are angled towards it at 4 degrees and 64 feet away from the curb. It will be a beautiful house and will look perfectly in place there. Why can't they just leave us alone?

April 6th and still no hole. We're assured that it will be next week. The rain caused some issues this week.

Also on the home front, the stucco installer is supposed to be calling us. We've been waiting since September 23rd to hear who our stucco provider is. Now that we know, the guy is too busy to call us.
